Rescheduling & Cancellations We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds or credits beyond this window are not guaranteed and may be offered at our discretion in extreme or unforeseen circumstances. No‑Shows & Technical Issues Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice is considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the ability to attend the session via Zoom at the scheduled time. Technical difficulties on the client’s end do not automatically qualify for a refund or reschedule. Session Details All Zoom sessions are scheduled according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), where applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm time zone differences prior to their appointment. Payments All payments are required in advance to secure your booking. Prices are GST inclusive. A card processing fee of 2.2% is included in the total payment. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms
