Cancellation Policy
Candice Louise offers readings, astrological charts, numerology charts, and mentoring sessions designed to provide you with a unique perspective on your life's journey. The services provided on this website are for entertainment purposes only. Readings, predictions, and advice are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. By using our services, you agree that we are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the readings You retain complete free will and are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on the information provided. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For extreme circumstances or unforeseen emergencies, we may consider full refunds at our discretion. All zoom readings will be booked according to AEST or AEDST where applicable. Payments are GST Inclusive. A card payment fee of 2.2% is also included in your payment.
