Cancellation Policy

Candice Louise offers readings, astrological charts, numerology charts, and mentoring sessions designed to provide you with a unique persepective on your life's journey. You retain complete free will and are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on the information provided. The interpretations and insights offered are subjective and open to your own interpretations and evaluations. For legal reasons, it is important to clarify that all services are for entertainment purposes only and no specific outcomes are promised. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For extreme circumstances or unforeseen emergencies, we may consider full refunds at our discretion. All zoom readings will be booked according to AEST or AEDST where applicable. Payments are GST Inclusive. A card payment fee of 2.2% is also included in your payment.
