Cancellation Policy
Candice Louise offers readings, astrological charts, numerology charts, and mentoring sessions designed to provide you with a unique perspective on your life's journey. All psychic guidance is based on your energy right now. Therefore as long as you have breath in your body you have a choice. Psychics have a 80-100% accuracy rate based on how it can instantly change your energy. Psychic Readings are psychic predictors of the current rate or momentum of your energy in any particular direction. I will offer you the guidance, it is up to you to change the course or direction of your energy or continue the momentum. You retain complete free will and are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on the information provided. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For extreme circumstances or unforeseen emergencies, we may consider full refunds at our discretion. All zoom readings will be booked according to AEST or AEDST where applicable. Payments are GST Inclusive. A card payment fee of 2.2% is also included in your payment.
