In case of last-minute cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For extreme circumstances or unforeseen emergencies, we may consider full refunds at our discretion. All zoom readings will be booked according to AEST or AEDST where applicable. Payments are GST Inclusive. A card payment fee of 2.2% is also included in your payment.
